Renting Policies
Early booking ensures availability, especially during peak seasons like spring and summer. We suggest planning weeks in advance.
Please do you best to ensure all gear returns in a good condition. Equipment usually need to be returned free of debris, while tent cleaning and deeper cleaning is handled by the company.
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear, but damage due to negligence (e.g., inattentional care of electronics or substantial damage caused) will result in extra charges.
Customers are generally responsible for ensuring, or checking with the local laws, requirements, and necessary permits. Please be aware of permits especially within city limit including structures like large tents, particularly in public parks.
Yes, we have rentals for almost every season! We want you to enjoy the outdoors all year round. We will be bring on new rentals for you throughout the year!
This is conditional on our schedule. Please check with us first, and we will happily extend the rental time period if it has not already been booked.
To avoid any late fees, please have the rental(s) back by 9 PM on the day they are supposed to be returned.
The answer is YES! The longer you rent, the cheaper it gets until you hit our base rental amount for that item. If you rent for a weekend, 3 to 4 days, we will give you a discount on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days.

Items must generally be unworn, un-laundered (not washed, cleaned, or ironed), and odor-free, often within 15-30 days to be fully refunded.
Technical apparel often requires specialized washing (e.g., cold water, gentle cycle) and minimal detergent.

Many brands offer limited warranties on defects and provide, or refer to, repair services for items like tents and backpacks. We are happy to answer questions you have about any issues that come up, and if you are interested in purchasing warranties.
Yes, there is! We are currently working on developing a loyalty program for those who rent or buy from us consistently. To enroll in this program, you must create an account with us.
